Founded in August 1980, the Intellectual Property Publishing House(IPPH), subordinate to the State Intellectual Property Office(SIPO), is the legal publisher for Chinese Patent literature and the unified patent information outward service provider under SIPO. With more than 1000 employees, IPPH is a national press approved by General Administration of Press and Publication. For the past two years, Patent Information Annual Conference of China has been successfully held by SIPO and IPPH.
